Ocean County has two major wins in last 3 years. One for 269 million and this one for 415, my wife and I figured Ocean County is tapped out and we will never win..lol

These training sessions make me wonder just how many "just a notary" people they have in their "stable". Really, with all the experienced, educated (i.e., not by NNA!) loan closers out here wanting/needing more work (see earlier threads!), why on earth would they put up with ones who don't know what they're doing!

My guess is that the results are logged and any stupido who cannot ace this 1st time thru is put in another database labeled "what the ??@@@!!! are they doing out there!" More screening tests please!!

It was about the NOTE, unless you have never ever had 1 signing anyone can pass.

didn't get that one yet--just the Note, DOT/Mtg, 1003 so far. After the 1st hr, if we're only 1/2 way thru, I take them up on the offer.

That was in the other one they sent some time ago

very basic stuff - like make sure you wear clothes, comb your hair, don't blow your nose at the table..

Included was, according to them, it's okay to accept a drink from the borrowers. I kept putting "no" for that in the test cuz to me it's not. Finally changed it to yes and finished the quiz. LOL
