I haven't done one for them directly in a couple of years. They are the title company on a lot of signing service closings. That is good news if they are doing their own. I remember getting a pretty decent fee from them back then.

These folks have used 2 SS's known for non-payment. Accurate was one, and the other was NSC, or NLC, or NREIS. Sorry, but I am old, and there are just too many bad companies with letters only that start with the letter, "N".

What is your idea of old? I will be 50 in 8 mos. And, I will still consider myself to be young, even 7 yrs. from now. Only dogs age every seven years. Of course, I am a dog, by some standards...LOL

They use Signing Wiz as well, I think.
I have done a couple of them this year. They are all on letter paper. But they do want fax backs of at least 30+ pages. Usually there is issues with BO. The ones I have had always needed a call to the LO. But I have been paid for them. I get my fee of $XXX and havent been stiffed.

Do take ValueAmerica files unless you trust your signing agency. That is your only recourse for payment. VA has a poor record of choosing signing agencies. Jessica, 412-494-0400 ext. 8117, is the regional manager for scheduling. Erin is in accounting and says VA is still paying defunct agencies that are not paying the notary.
