Very interesting article in Newsletter from Source of Title.

For those of you who subscribe to the Newsletter, there is an interesting article on how the city of Richmond, CA is planning to use Eminent Domain seizure of mortgages to help underwater homeowners. The plan is designed to help stop foreclosures, and an investment firm, Mortgage Resolution Partners is involved. IMO someone has gotten really creative in this concept.
