I see that armour settlement services is not great but I received the assignment from Sunshine Signing-services for them who are great. Any thoughts on this?

I live near the office, they were slow sometimes but that was years ago. If sunshine pays you promptly you shouldn't be concerned unless they state when they are paid you are paid?

First time assignment with Sunshine. Just curious regarding an Armour signing thru Sunshine. Thanks for the response.

You accepted the assignment from Sunshine. They're
the one's responsible for paying you & are the one's who assumed the risk with Armour. I haven't worked directly for Armour in a long time, but have got a few from ss. I'm guessing Armour has problems getting notaries to take work from them.

You are good. Sunshine pays in 30 days. I wont take an Amour Settlement if they called me directly. Last time I did it took 3 months to get paid. I had to hound and threaten them to get a measly $130.

Thanks for all the great feed back on Sunshine! If it were not for all of the great mobile notary vendors we work with Sunshine would not be where it is today. Even though things have slowed down in our field we just have to keep on marketing and networking.
