SC gives them 1 star. They have called me 3 times and sent 1 email for a signing well over an hour from me. Of course, I've told them no, no and no. I guess they should learn to pay a decent fee and pay on time and it wouldn't be so difficult to find a notary. $70 edocs, ahh, I really don't think so. They will now go in my phone as "do not answer".

They were spamming my e-mail with outrageously

ridiculous offers - $8 for a letter delivery - 25 miles from me!! For a while they were even sending me the names and address of the people along with the description of the collateral -

I blocked them.

I've listed that as "DO NOT ANSWER-lowballers" in my phone. They just called again and I wouldn't answer, they left a voicemail.
