FYI: Netco Title in Chesterfield, MO schedules signings ONLY

with Notary Assurance LLC in Chandler, AZ, which is a 3.5 star company with an extensive history of negative comments and very slow payments.

Interesting - got my payment today 32 days out from signing - ok - a bit slow, but due to holidays I don't quibble about that. I don't have that experience with them, never have either.

Do you suppose spelling out my terms makes a difference?

Personally, I could not answer for either organization - it would be pure speculation if I did. I have seen with many businesses some will have great experiences and others not so much . . . The Fickle Finger of Fate? Maybe. It could be any number of reasons that only they could identify.

FYI:
I reached out to Netco Title in order to be added to their database. Conner stated that they schedule signings ONLY thru Notary Assurance LLC.

Just sharing in the event someone else was thinking of reaching out to them . . .

Per Vanessa Shepherd, Notary Assurance, on 6/23/13, payment schedule is 30-45 days. My experience with them has been 30-35 days from signing.
