Faxbacks for TitleSource
I have not done any faxbacks for TS in a while...but I do know when I did I scanned and emailed them. I was told today they do not accept email docs any longer. Am I that far behind? I did not know that. TS said faxing is more secure than email. I do use Notary Rotary's fax system but the last time I tried it it did not work. Has anyone used Notary Rotary's fax system lately? I would think a password protected email is ore secure!

I scanned doc.'s just last month to a TC, instead of faxing. It was not for TitleSource, but I think that's a newer stance.

Myself and a few others were told they no longer will accept
email docs. I have not gotten around to asking, Why? I can encrypt them so I don't understand the problem.

Just took me 1 hour to do this fax. Notary rotary's fax worked fin. 50 pages to fax and they will not pay for faxbacks...never again! If I could have overnighted it, it would have been there tomorrow. You know no one is there to get my fax at this time! I think I will try this when the exterminator comes this month!

Re: Faxbacks for TitleSource-UPDATE
So today about 12:30 TS emails me and said the docs were to light to read...which is because to scan 50+ pages you have to reduce the dpi. Now I had to fax docs because it was immediate funding...yea right next day. If I had dropped the docs last night they would have had them before they contacted me today. Then they gave me a defect because some of the signatures were too light. I was such a dummy to accept this signing as I knew TS does not pay for faxbacks. Boy am I hopping mad...but at myself mostly!
