I have and was very displeased that the company refused to pay a print fee promised for a cancelled job and then stated "payment discrepancies are limited to a 30 day window". It took months to even receive feedback from someone and when I did they were unwilling to even discuss or view my proof of continual email communications.

this is one reason I no longer deal with global notary. plus their low fees and constant hand holding.

Eww...
I see their emails all the time.. 65.00 for print and faxing back..... More power to you. They are now directed to SPAM Folder. What is that print fee going to be 5.00??

I work for them, they meet my fee but are a PITA.
call when you get docs, call when you get there, call when you leave and on and on.

I work for them on the rare occassion that they cannot find someone to work for nothing. They meet my fee and I tell them right off, I will call you when the signing is complete. I do not call upon arrival or during the signing. If they call me, I just ignore and when I leave, I give a courtesy call, as with other companies, just to let them know that everything went well.
