Good Morning! Anyone have experience with 'Lenders Title

Solutions?' Thanks in advance for your support.

Received a call yesterday for a signing at 8 PM on Friday (we have a snow and sleet storm in the forecast). I had to pass on the signing as it is so risky these days with 'new' companies popping up and then going out of business. :-(


This company is new to me so I checked the following:

Signing Central - not listed
Orange Search Button w/ Lenders Title Solutions - no results
Other sites - not listed

Asked how long they have been in business - Steve said 5 years.

The online search showed that the company was formed on 15FEB10.

Yep! Sure was and it was the primary reason for hesitation

until I looked the their company up online . . . the rest is in the previous post.

It is dark so early these days the black ice would be deadly! Thank you for your concern!
