HVR Notaries and the SDCDA
Last Friday I received a call from Jeffrey Miller, the SDC District Attorney who is investigating HVR Notaries. I had filed a formal complaint with the SOS and evidently they sent it on to him. He asked me to fill out his particular form (which I had already done and was getting ready to mail it), scan it and email it to him. I did and with all of my exhibits to prove my case. He was extremely grateful and told me that I may be called again to verify that what all I said was true. So, my point is, if you haven't filed your complaint against HVR (that is assuming they owe you money), contact [e-mail address] and get a copy of his complaint form.
