NNA background check and LexisNexis

How compatible are the two background checks done by those two companies?

Not sure what you mean by "compatible". NNA sub-contracts background screenings to a company called Backgrounds Online (if I remember correctly) and Lexus Nexus is a different company that provides a similar service.
