Agree with Carol...that is EXACTLY what the CFPB wants
to know about.
You should also list that hiring company here on SC with your review. That helps us ALL out who use SC as the go to guide for work.
Thanks for positing!

Here is a chance to comply with the CFPB on your own. Never email faxbacks without securing your email. Despite the approval of the receiving party, a faxback has all personal information of the borrowers plus their SIGNATURES. I use an adobe clone called NITRO PDF which allows you to encrypt a password. I send the password to the receiving parties email by use of my secondary email account and then send the password protected faxback documents from my business email. It is not 100 percent, but it shows an intention of protecting the information and you can make a copy the password transmission and keep it in your records as evidence.

They have no intention of holding your Non-Public Personal Information confidential and secure; Given that it may be disseminated to their thousands of employees, and the lenders they do business with thousands of employees, and offices or branches I doubt that they could. That’s why they want a ‘hold harmless’ release signed.
