I believe they are a Structured Settlement Company.

PSS does both debt settlement and structured settlements primarily. I have worked with them, they pay 30 days on the dot. They will meet your fee, you just have to let them know what it is or they will try to come in with a lower fee. They usually require fax backs, especially on the debt settlements and structured settlements.

I have never had a bad experience with them. They are easy to work with and they do respect notaries, most of all - there is no hand holding.

The original contact from them for debt settlement required I pick up a money order and I represent myself as an agent for whatever (sleazeball) settlement company. I explain the details of their so-called "debt settlement" and promote the sale. Inasmuch as I know for a fact all these debt companies work on a big profit for them and do not benefit the debtors (as they suggest w/false advertising) in "settling". The people end up paying, paying, paying. That is the picture in a nutshell & why many of us will not be involved. But, of course, how you earn your $ is totally your decision--no intention here of criticizing you because of your inquiry. Merry Christmas, Lisa!

I never represent myself as an agent for them and I do not pick up any checks, or money orders. What the client does is between him and the settlement agency and does not have involve me in any way.

I've never had to pick up checks for them and haven't had to read from a script for them either. I know what you are talking about. That's not the work I've done for them.

Merry Christmas!
