Quicken Loan Modification

Just got a call for one of these. Been a NSA for 6 years but never had a call for one. How involved are these? I told the scheduler I never did one and she said "Oh, it is a walk in the park - you will have no problem".

Done 2-3 in last couple months, 10 pages, nothing to print takes 5 minutes. Longer for the person to get out ID then to sign. Pay is 40 bucks.
