Service Link Auto Text System
So, How does this work for those of you who work with Service Link?
SL Response:
2. Fee Accept/Decline Auto Assign Orders – You are not allowed to negotiate the fee for any orders that you accept via auto assign regardless of the number of required signors, Distant to the closing or how large the closing package is. When these request are sent to you will receive the property address and zip code so if this is out of your normal traveling area then simply decline the order.

Is this an online response or an option on a automated telephone inquiry about an assignment? I never accept anything that comes by "automation" because I want the ability to negotiate a fee based on the particulars of the assignment, which you don't get in an automated inquiry. I just ignore them. Eventually they call.

They send you a text and you have to accept or decline based on area only. No additional information and you cannot renegotiate your fee.

Oh I see. I don't recall ever getting a text request from anyone for a signing. I get occasional phone messages with minimal information from someone, asking that I call them if I'm interested in the assignment. I don't normally respond to those (half the time I can't understand them anyway because they seldom get community names right in my area). I don't like automated messages of any sort. They're just a reflection of how real people have lost jobs to tape recorders. :-/

I haven't received any calls from Servicelink in a long time. But, when I did receive those automated calls from them what I didn't like was that you had to listen too much into the call to decline. They should say tell you where it is at right away so that you don't waste your time.
