Signing Stream, Read caerfully

Has anyone worked for these people? If so, have you carefully read the "Notary Service Agreement".. A couple of interesting statements, "If we don't get paid, you don't get paid"Period !! another is that their SOP is to pay at or about 60 days. Another is " if for any reason the signing does not complete, you may only get a partial fee at their discretion". So in other words you print 300 pages, drive to the appointment, spend and hour only to find out some other person screwed up the numbers, Tough luck for you !! Every paragraph explains how they will doc your fee. I'm pretty sure I'm done with them. I completed three assignments for them and can attest to the 60 payments. But remember, "We are the most important link in the process " Who was the moron that actually said that ?

Signing Stream employees don't have to wait 60 days to get paid. Unfortunately, it seems just another company making big bucks off of our hard work.

I wonder how they stay in business. Doesn't seem like there is any upside for notaries to work for them, and yet, they called you for a signing.
