TS App

Maybe someone has the answer?
I have the TS app on my IPhone.
When i go do the required update, I get a message that the connection my my phone has been lost & to try in a few minutes. Now, I have spoken to the Carrier who in this case is Verizon; they say after checking that there is no problem with the phone. I also have spoken to Apple who also say there is no problem. I have tried to speak with TS about this & try to speak to their techs, but they refuse.
Ideas?

I had that same problem

and I have an iPhone and Verizon and eventually it updated just fine.

did you try using the LTE and not a wireless connection? n/m

Try deleting the app & reinstalling it. That's what I had to do on my Iphone & now it works fine.

App has been funky early last week

Seems it had a update and was never notified. 3 days without anything I called and yup there was an update. Now need pin everytime you login, never needed it before.

When I asked about removing the Pin so I would not have to push more button while driving?

Unfortunately, the PIN option cannot be removed.

Worked fine, now they tweak it and just nothing but issues.

TS app started 12/6/13 in my area. Have not received one notification, used to get at least 6 loans weekly from Quicken.

I just called TS regarding not getting any notifications through their app & they told me it's because my prices are too high at $XXX. They told me the going rate in my area since the app has been introduced is $65. Before the app I was doing 8-10 Quicken loans a month for TS at $XXX with no negotiation. I would like to meet the notaries who are doing these signings for $65. Either they have a bus pass or a bicycle to get to and from to be accepting that kind of money.
