The Notary Company
Has anyone had trouble getting paid by the Notary company? I have over 400 is outstanding invoices and can't seem to get anyone attention. They do a lot of reverse mortgage work with Reverse Mortgage USA.

I've only had two from them this year. The first one paid within 2 weeks; the second took 120 days.

They prefer to pay for both the App & the Final at the same time (unless you make other arrangements) and if it never gets to the Final, it falls thru the crack and you have to remind 'em. Generally, tho', it's between 30-40 days.

400 outstanding invoices????
Why???? I would never let a signing service have over 3 outstanding invoices - unless they have a good track record with me and the signings were close together, even then it would never get to 400!!

Could be - but even that is too much credit to be giving. Wish they had said which The Notary Company it was, there are two listed in Signing Central.

I owe The Notary a HUGE apology. They paid me a long time ago. I lost my sister about the same time I was doing work with them and missed posting the payments to my bookkeeping. I hope I didn't say anything negative that would make anyone think this company is not a TOP QUALITY Notary Business. We get slammed enough in this industry and I certainly don't want to say anything bad about the good companies I work with. The Notary Company is one of the top dogs.
