Title Source app more issues
Nothing in a week, call IT, tell them my problem they check me out say score is very high and volume. They call back to let me know I have multi accounts to my phone and need to delete app and re-download it.
Kicker is I get a call from JMT for a signing next week, this is how I know the app is not working in my area when JMT calls me. I hope TS reads this post and corrects the issues again..

My app has not lit up gone off all week..I have received phone calls..today I had to mark a job completed on the app..and I had to relog in..thats a pain in the butt..When I called last week with the app not working I was told to uninstall and reinstall, then I was told my fee was to high so they app wont work. Well Im not lowering my fees any lower..Its the app that is having problems not us..What a PIA.

Started app here on Dec 6th, did not receive any notifications after usually signing 6 loans weekly with Quicken, called and they told me to re-install, now getting notifications for 30 to 40 miles away, really!! Very frustrating.

Had some major issues with the app when they instituted the PIN entry method. The app and my phone got stuck in as loop and went round and round. Took my phone up to Verizon, don't know for sure what he did but it's fine now. You might try taking your phone the service provider or turning it totally off and back on to reboot. Now getting lots of requests, turning many down because they are too far away. But the app seems to be working better now.
