Vice President of NNA Video Answers Questions From Notaries

This video is worth watching. I received it in an email from the NNA. Provides answers to numerous questions asked on this forum.
It seems that the NNA/Sterling BCG requirement is from the large TC (FNT) he alludes to, if he is being truthful.
Please let me know what ya'll think.

My sterling BGC was rejected because, while there is wordage saying that if there are no DMV records to be found they wouldn't be on the check (the way I read it). It was rejected because they specifically did not say there were no records.

Can you go back to Sterling and ask them to include the correct verbiage on the DMV records? If they did the search they should be able to do it.

I know they love all the extra press coverage they're

getting here on NR and other sites. While I know it's important info for all of us, I'm also really sick of their being the main topic these days. ;-(

I know we differ on this, but I don't know how they could

not be the main topic of any forum or social networking group right now. This is monumental to how we do business.

It's only as "monumental" as you make it. This organization

has tried this kind of thing before. They're known for their aggressive marketing techniques, but behind it is nothing but bs. You don't seem to accept that from those of us who have had experience with them in the past.

What is different in this video than his talk to Maryland

notaries. I don't want to give the link any more hits than necessary. Anyone want to summarize the key points?

I didn't realize until now that my PC is equipped with smell-o-vision, but I was definitely getting a strong waft of cow manure as this guy spoke...
