Twice I have received documents that were signed electronically and now need wet signatures.

Yes. I've seen that also. At the signing of the final docs,

there is often the set of application docs that they want signed below the electronic signature. They're making sure they've got themselves covered.

I have had 2 packages in the past month w/ over 200 pages each. Granted a lot of repetitive and BS docs, but all the same, they came in very large. Hope you charged the same as doing the closing over again.
