And, yes, I worked on Christmas Day. Borrs. house was log cabin construction. Absolutely gorgeous home inside and out. Very large lot. He said the log cabin construction was great for insulation. Looked just like pictures you saw in grammar school books....long logs and some kind of mortar in between. Nicest people. Was one of those days when I really enjoyed my work.

Who is the lender? I had heard that it is often difficult to get loans on log homes, due to modular characteristics, not your typical conventional home.

I love log homes myself. Warm and cozy.
