servicelink
seems their entire process is more complicated from beginning to end and their rates are low.

I'm quite satisfied with both, the process and the pay. I do not see unusual problems with the process, although sometimes docs are a bit late in arriving. Yes, the pay is a bit low, but acceptable to me, as long as the distance to signing is not excessive.

I think it's whatever you get used to. I've worked for Servicelink for years, and they are one of the best out there, IMHO.

Re: servicelink...I usually like working with them
Usually get good teams, pay me well for my services, no handholding, usually no faxbacks

Sorry - not sure what happened...posted too soon
in addition they usually pay me within 2 weeks...
Now, that said, I have one for Thursday at noon - this particular one I've never worked with this team, I can't get anyone on the phone, I've yet to be told if it's overnight docs or e-docs and they haven't responded to my e-mail inquiry all day. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but with tomorrow being Christmas Eve I KNOW nobody's going to be working after 12:00 or 1:00
It would be ice if somebody would let me know what I'm doing Thursday. Normally don't have this problem with SL.
We'll see. What I will tell the OP is get in their system for a decent fee and once you have the billing down pat you're going to be a happy camper.

As posted above, in large part depends upon the team
you end up supporting [we, of course, don't get to choose].
If you do a Search, you will find PLENTY that have had negative, hand-holding, late docs, defective docs, slow-to-no pay for the antiquated and convoluted systems that are different for each business entity ServiceLink, NationalLink, and their other affiliate companies.
When they began dropping their fees to the gutter level, I stopped accepting their calls as I do not wish to have a discussion with the IRS about my business potentially being classified as a 'Hobby Venture' [it will be if you do not make a profit . . . ].
Best wishes in your efforts to work with them and I do SINCERELY hope that they improve by increasing the compensation and ridding themselves of the not-so-hotso team members.
