2013 bushering in a non tolerance for
individuals and companies who dont pay as their policy states. I will only send out two notices and after that Im referring the account to my attorney for collection. Gotta love this legal plan I have. I never had to use it before but this year I have two accounts where it seems like I will get to finally use them. Im actually excited!!!! lol

That's being proactive. Finally after all these years, in 2012 I didn't have to chase anything, nada. I have the best clients, only work for four and five star rated companies in SC, and JUST SAY NO to the lowballers and no pay companies. This can actually be a very enjoyable career if you work for the right companies and don't allow yourself to get sucked into bad paying companies.
Also, I see SSs seem to be targeting the $50 to $90 range for signing fees. WHATS UP WITH THAT? Did they all start meeting at the water cooler or something?
I just renewed NR membership for the 10th year with Traci the other day. All is good! I'm taking my notary exam for the 11th term next week in Santa Barbara. Can't wait to hear about all the new rules and penalties/fines!

This is the first time in 3 years I had to chase down payments. I dont have the patience nor the time to. So Ill let my legal plan take care of it since hubby is paying for it. Might as well use it when needed.

Yah, they talk at the water cooler the same way you talk about price fixing fees.
SS people visit this forum too.

Sorry, hit the button without meaning to.
Are you an SS person?
Are you saying that discussing fees is price fixing?

Re: Sorry, hit the button without meaning to.
Isn't that what the NNA did when they solicited their "fee schedule" to the TC's which resulted in many reducing their fees to us while our costs continued to increase.

No, I am not an SS person.
You know precisely what I meant.

You sound like one and you didn't answer the question.
Discussions of price fixing is a serious allegation. It's something that regular posters on NR take seriously.

Bushering: n, from to busher. a) The initial stage of ushering something in, as in beginning to beat the bushes. b) Devotion to establishing a Bush family presidential dynasty. c} The practice of bird watchers on field excursions to sneak off into underbrush to take care of nature's calls.
