AMC Settlement Services

I noticed that AMC has good ratings in Signing Central, so I requested a package to sign up with their service. The package was sent today, and the paragraph states that all signings pay $50.00

I might be new, but I'm not working for that!

Send it in as is and when they call you negotiate where you want it. The main thing is to get them calling. Don't turn them off to start with.

They pay me a min of 100, depending on where signing is located.

Someone explained to me that they are usually fair with fees, so I went ahead and sent the packet in. Wish me luck!

I just received the sign-up package and saw the $50.00 also. I emailed them asking if that was all inclusive. I think I'll follow the advice for submitting the package and then negotiating the fee, when and if they call.
