Accurate National Signings in California
Amanda Kirkish at Accurate National signings (accuratenationalsigningins.com) contracted with me for a closing on 12/5/2012. Cannot get any answers to e-mails, phone messages, mailing and remailine invoices or Josh who says he is in accounting. What is up with these companies?
Do the companies that hire them know they don't pay the Notaries that do their work....in this case ValuAmerica.

ValuAmerica hires lowball companies or at least from what Ive seen.

in my initial post I was going to say maybe ValuAmerica doesnt pay its vendors but didnt want to post that for any mistakes on that perception BUT I just seen the 1.5 stars ValuAmerica has on NotRot and they have slow pay. So if they are slow paying notaries imagine the slow pay they are to SS.

Antoinette it looks like you have limited yourself, companies monitor this site and many others. We looked into our records and it shows that you close loans for this company you call lowball.
Thank you for your feed back.

Actually I havent. But thanks for the notice. I did notice you called me to do a signing but your fee wasnt up to my standards. And yes I have done a couple ValuAmerica signings through other companies who met my fee. I have never worked for Accurate National Signings. And I have no problems not ever working for you guys since it seems your payment history are 60+ days and notaries have to chase you for payment. So nice try to make it seem like Ive done closings with you. So your records are flawed if you can see my name in there UNLESS you went under another company name.
For the record I hope companies do monitor on here because maybe it would get some of you slow payers to actually pay....we notaries can only hope....

Carol, this is another one that has a notary listing
and won't give it up so we can list them. They claimed some time ago they were working with Harry on "getting it fixed"...right.

Re: Carol, this is another one that has a notary listing
Thank you all we have a Business listing and have tried working with many to get this situated. We are not the only company having this issue.

No, you have a notary listing, so we can't list you in
SC along with the rest of the companies...
As I said...delete your notary listing - then you can be listed properly in SC.
Easy peasy

Hello,
Amanda Kirkish is not in Accounting she is Accounts Manager Martha, Samantha and Dorthy are. We here at Accurate National Signings do not understand what is not understood about reading what you sign before you sign it. We send a policy and procedures to all of our venders with every confirmation and require you to sign it and send it back which per our records was done by this vender that is slandering a business. We think that notary rotary Signing central is a great tool for helping others build their business but it seems more these days that there is more signers on here to damage the reputation of business's rather than help others. If this was a double edged sword businesses could do the same by notifying all other companies of how many errors their are on the notaries end, but the integrity and the appreciation businesses have for Notaries we do not inhibit and will not inhibit you from making a living. All we request if for the same respect!
ValuAmerica is another company that has full disclosure of their time frame of pay and business practices. In this business it is at your discretion to accept or decline to work for companies, it sounds like signers are putting limitations on their abilities and this forum is not just to vent YOUR issues but it is a building tool.
GLO/MN you can contact Accurate National Signings and you will get your check number.
Thank you all for your services.

It is for the very reason that companies like this want you to sign a vendor agreement. I have and will never sign on and I don't need to do so - I have plenty of business. I have received notices that "in order for me to work for them" I MUST sign their agreement. I look it over and change it to meet MY standards then email it back with MY stipulations and insist that they agree to MY agreement if they want me to sign theirs. Guess what - never have had a response and don't really care to get one!!! We are Independent Contractors - we are a business and WE set our standards - if the companies don't like it = then so be it!!!! They are not the only SS, title company, lender, etc. in this country!!!!!!!!

Hey Accurate - while you're here..
How about stepping up and deleting your notary profile so you can be listed as the company you are. You're abusing the NotRot system here - surely you're not concerned about being exposed to ratings now, are you?
Delete your profile...stop cheating.

Re: Hey Accurate - while you're here..
Was wondering why do you Linda ride this company so much. You seem jaded and the rest of would like to know why? Or I do at least.
I have had no issues with this company nor has 10 if my notary friends, and as I read you are piping in on everyone of the posts.
Have you not been paid by them? Have you worked for them? Do you have a bone to pick? Or are you bored?
Just wanting clarification.

A few clarifications
First and foremost, I've not worked for your company.
I didn't see any "slander" in the original post outside of a point blank question regarding frustration with payment. (And because this is in print and "published" to an online forum, it'd be libel not slander.) However, I do not believe the intention of the OP was to cause any harm to your company whatsoever other than to request from others is this normal, do you experience this, etc...
Your statement, "If this was a double edged sword[, then] businesses could do the same by notifying all other companies of how many errors the[re] are on the notaries end is immediately followed by ..."but the integrity and the appreciation businesses have for Notaries we do not inhibit and will not inhibit you from making a living." I'm not certain what you meant to say, but you just contradicted your own statement by saying you would not utilize the f(x) if it was available to you lest you might inhibit [impede] someone from making a living.
Past that, I'll now point out a few things I see. By making the declaration that a notary may have made an error is certainly understandable, cogent, and sound. However, to make the immediate inference that businesses have "integrity and appreciation" for Notaries confuses me. If the appreciation is present, where is the pay in conjunction to the performance? Where is the integrity of which is spoken? My own point blank declaration and question: We cannot impede you from making a living because you are not dependent upon us for pay. We are, by nature of things, dependent upon a company (such as yourself) for payment. In regards to a policy and procedure, contract law would trump and policy or procedure a company can formulate. Why not just follow the law of contracts and honor your commitment there?

Re: A few clarifications
Too shay... very well spoken.
The only thing that we are going to comment on is the contracts. We do have a contract each notary signs it and agrees to these policy's, they are very well outlined to what the expectations are of them conducting a closing on our behalf. The problem that lies here is that these contracts are not read ( we do have signings that are turned back because people do not agree with the contract set before them ) so with this being said we are following the law of contracts and honoring everything within.
Thank you
