Bancserv

Bancserv was a favorite until recently. Now they are going really cheap.

Appears by so many posts and companies that reputation

may vary by the part of the country.

BancServ run by Chicago Title...and yeah, they are cheap and

micromanage...sucks to work for them. But they do pay MY fee when needed for Spanish speaking clients. But I gave them up recently because of a dispute with title. The women was just horrible.

Yes, they are low ballers, but I also agree with Carol/NC that in areas with lots of notaries they probably get their low fees. Supply and demand, I guess.

Give me a break - Bancserv is great

You set yourself up with their vendor management and they put the fees you stated in their system. We do several signings a week for them and I have never had them call and try to offer me less than our price. They pay every two weeks like clockwork. I don't understand the negative comments.

I love do their signings. They have always matched my offer. Just a couple of days ago, I did one for $150 and they pay every two weeks. I will do their closings anytime and wish they will send me more.

Meet my fee and pay within two weeks! Evn though I don't

get very many calls from them because of my fee I do take their assignments when they do. They have never micro-managed with me. Never a problem.

They meet my fee and I always get paid within 14 days. I have no probs with them although they dont call me often, once a month. So there must be notaries who accept less.

At one time they did call and offer $60 last year but when I told them my fee is $xxx, they stated that according to their records my fee was set at $60 in my profile. I told them I dont recall ever setting that fee and they changed my fee to what it is currently and from that point on when I get calls they reconfirm my $xxx fee.

I regularly get calls from them and would work all day, every day for them if I could. On time, meet my price, minimal hand-holding. They're the best!

I just received the agreement to sign to join up with them. Under compensation and method of payment it says:

"...Bancserv agrees to and shall pay to the Notary the fees outlined below:
Signing Complete $50
Signing Complete (Equity Loan) $45
2nd set of docs $25
Single Doc signing $25
Email Docs (in addition to base) $25
Trip only or cancelled less than 2 hours $25

That's really low! I'm going to cross out the numbers and add in my own...see if they accept it.
