Be on your toes! Still EOM drama

February 25, 26, 27, docs can still be signed for same day funding. Be ready, when you get that call offering you $50 begin asking the qualifying questions, what, where, when and remember SIZE MATTERS, then, immediately go to $125...see what happens. Well, that's what I'm going to do. I'll keep you posted. However, I'm not getting as many of those calls as much lately, maybe I'm on their BLACKLISTS.

You never know when the scheduler has a 911 emergency closing, where the LO is jumping up and down, rate about to expire, needs to sign today with fax backs and next day air/FDX, get me a notary, any notary, must be there in 30 minutes (buddy, this is going to cost you!), and negotiate for the best price I can get. If I don't get a $50 to $95 signing, I am happy to skip the drama. Wait for the next brass ring.

Have a good signing week. Still end of month for some trickling transactions.

$50-95 a signing, I have been reading that we should not leave the house for less than $100?

That's exactly the program! Begin at minimum $100+, depending on travel time, size of package, number of parties to sign, POA signing, faxbacks required, etc.

Karen, We all misunderstood I have no idea what she meant,

but she did not mean do signings for that price. You are right. We all should not leave the house for under $100.

Re: Karen, We all misunderstood I have no idea what she meant,

The way I took is that if they offer you $50 - $90 for a signing and you don't get the assignment because it's under your minimum, then it's no great loss... I couldn't agree more.

***size of package,***

I can set my fees depending on the size of my package? After 10 years, you tell me this?

USAA VA for instance, three signers, 23 notarizations...over 350 pages, would you do that for $100, hell no, right?

Re: Be on your toes! Still EOM drama TO CLARIFY

If I don't get a $50 to $95 signing, I am happy to skip the drama.

I do not work for under $100, just to be clear, unless it is a single document correction, subordination agreement that wasn't included in the original package, an interspousal grant deed, etc. I won't touch a refi for under $100.

Sorry if that was misleading/confusing.
