Best signing in a long time
Why? Because freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were at the table for consumption. And the borrower made me take a dozen with me. Just twisted my arm...LOL. Plus it was a Quicken which I will take all day.

Sounds almost like you should have paid to do the signing....just kidding! But the nice ones like that tend to blot out the uglies....

I recently received two Boston cream pie cupcakes AND a full case (10 reams) of letter-size paper. One borrower is a caterer and the other works at a paper mill (Yes, it was O.K. for him to have and give away the paper). The goodies and the friendly people made the last minute assignment of a Friday night signing much easier to bear, plus, it was a Title Source package for a Quicken loan. What could be better?

I did a signing in a nearby town. The very nice woman has had many troubles in recent months, including 12 deaths of people close to her in a two-month period, three of them her brothers with illnesses. We hit it off right away. She invited me to eat lunch with her sometime. I told her I'd call her the next time I am in town.

What makes them so special?

Re: Never had a Quicken -- Kat:
Small packages; borrowers are usually well informed; usually, you only print 1 copy (to be signed), borrowers have already been sent their copy; quick and easy.
