Brother 5470dw "Mismatch"

Does anyone have the same problem I have, in using the Brother HL5470DW printer, if any document is not either 8.5 x 11, or 8.5 x 14...the printer locks up, and displays a mismatch?

This has been discussed here before. Press the Go button and hold for a moment and it should print. Annoying.
