Clean Up Committee

I'm doing a notarization for a modification agreement tonight for a closing that occurred three days ago, and the notary for that assignment dated the acknowledgement FEBRUARY 2, 2012. $75 fee to correct. Not a bad 2 minute gig. That notary drove 45 miles to do that assignment and flubbed. This company pays $45 for modification agreements. I'm only 5 minutes from the borrower.

Doing one in the morning where notary stamped the back

of the notarial page on the deed because the seal would not fit on the front...

$75 - easy money.
