Companies not found in SC

due to already being in the database.

So I tried to add TZI LLC and it wont let me because Matt Tippett has a notary profile. Well I just noticed the "rate" tab on a notary. Why havent we used that feature for notaries who start signing services and rate them since we cant add the company?

I just checked that out and think it is a good idea, although, how would we know to find them as a notary when they tell us they are a company and only say, "Hi, this is Susie from X company, blah, blah, blah..." I think that once we know they are a notary, that might work. But - will the rate tab show us there are comments or do we have to look for the comments through some knowledge or gut feeling we may have?

Interesting though...could be promising.

Toni, I'm having the same problem trying to add someone in Signing Central. I guess it's because he has multiple aliases or something. I'll call NotRot and see if they can help me out.
