Just what we need.... another company to reduce the industry professionalism. Just received an email for $70 edoc with faxbacks. Disregarding the travel involved, I would be operating at loss to do this. Someone who has no education and doesn't know how to calculate business expenses and time value will take it and provide them with 3 business references so they can market his/her clients directly.

While I agree that $70 is not an acceptable fee for me to operate, I do not think that these companies use the references to market clients.

I was contacted earlier today by this company, along with them accepting my fee - they sent me a 12 page document that represents an employment contract.

We are independent contractors and should not have to sign a contract that dictates just about every step we make.
