FASS FEES

I stopped by one of local TCs yesterday, and one of their out of county files was handled by FASS. The notary called the EA to ask a question about one of the documents, and she mentioned that the $75 fee she agreed to was far below the scope of work for this brokered loan with 16 signatures requiring notarization, the required SOI, trust certification was in the pkg twice. The EA said, I had no idea they were asking you to work for so little...we always pay $XXX to our local NSAs.

Bancserv does the same thing. They are owned by Fidelity and most of the EOs and EAs don't like working with them either.

Okay, folks, you getting the idea yet? Hone your marketing skills and restate your mission statement. If you want to make it in this business, you cannot work for CHUMP CHANGE.

I had a call yesterday from FASS for $75.00. I countered with the my standard fee and the response was the typical response, "I will need to get that approved and call you back". Hmmm, no call back yet.

Fass now provides me with half my business at my asking price $XXX and pays in a few weeks.
