Fee Guarantee

Has anyone signed up for this? Direct deposit each week for all signings done the prior week. 3% fee. They chase down all the deadbeats. What is the downside? Feedback appreciated.

Do you know the company you are considering dealing with?
Have you vetted them thoroughly?

When you give someone (or a company) direct access to your bank account, there is the potential for them to drain every dime out of your account.

Have you read the contract and the charge back provisions? There is way any factoring company (that is what they are doing) can pay you without recourse for when the deadbeats do not pay.

READ THE FINE PRINT VERY CAREFULLY OR HAVE AN ATTORNEY DO IT.

I for one don't recommend it.

I received the email for Fee Guarantee, seems it is a side business for some SS, can't remember who. I deleted it.

The downside is, if you receive 60 checks a month for $100 each, that is $180 (3%) you don't have.

Also, I don't work for deadbeats, so I don't need anyone to chase my money for me.

I don't need the weekly direct deposit either because I always have money in the pipeline.

This is a new venture created by someone I worked with

for years when he ran an ss out of FL. While it may not be for everyone, it is an option for those who want to limit their risk in this biz, and won't have to chase payments. It is a guarantee of payment, and that's what some notaries would prefer. I've given him some feedback on the concept, & I'm not promoting it--just trying to say it is legit.

I use fee guarantee and am very happy with the results. It's not a question of going after deadbeats. It is a question if you want a weekely pay check. it basically comes out to $3.00 on a $100. order.

The company is legit. I have received two direct deposits so far with my third coming tomorrow (they deposit your money every Wednesday for your prior weeks closings).

They say they are "partners" with the Direct Closers company - whatever that means - but it doesn't matter who hired you or from where, they pay for all your closings. Plus you are also covered under their $1 million E&O policy so you could cancel your personal one if that is something that matters to you.
