Finiti

Already did a NotRot search for this company. I have accepted 3 closings from them and only ONE closed on time. I am beginning to wonder about them.. no phone # listed on their website. (REALLY, Finiti?)
Today's closing scheduled for 10 am pushed back to 11 am per borrower, then email from Finiti that it needs to be pushed back to 1 pm. This is exactly what happened for closing #2. That one got pushed from 11 am to 1 pm, to 3 pm to 7 pm. Couldn't do the 3 pm OR the 7 pm. Sorry Finiti.. I can't sit @ home & HOPE you can get it together to get me docs on time.

Never had any issues with Finit.

The only Finiti I know of is the tc in MD. I've never had

a problem with them. I am aware, however, that many loans are getting postponed or pushed back. I had one that was postponed 4 times to different days.
Sometimes we can be flexible, and sometimes we can't. EOM should be interesting. I'm booked for the day, and hope that docs don't get moved around too much. :-)

I had a closing scheduled for 5pm today and asked for my docs at 3pm. Was told it had been reassigned. WTH??
