I mistook the company which is the subject of the original posting. I have neither experience nor any other familiarity with the company, and thus do not intend to belittle it. I'll rely on comments of those who have experience with the company, such as the other posters.

I did a signing for her last month. The re-fi package was around 80 pages and was a very straigt-forward re-fi...a very easy and quick signing, and less than a mile away from my home. Lena offered a very fair fee for the job and paid the fee the very next week. I'd definitely do business with her again...no hesitation what-so-ever!
