Have you ever noticed
how some of these ratings are in SC. You know someone gives a company a 3 star rating BUT mentions all negative stuff like chasing payment, losing invoices, excuses yada yada
I think Notrot should adopt the ebay system of things. A window pops up and has where you can rate each category such as shipping, communication, payment etc etc and then you can add additional comments and the stars youve given to each category are displayed and also creates an overall rating for the company.
I know that might be a bit techy for notrot but I think it would be great for us as notaries.

Very good idea
I was floored when I saw this yesterday, on SC, this company didn't even try to hide the fact that they were giving themselves 5 stars.
1/30/2012 We send emails because of our volume, we pay better then the rest on within 30! NY
