I had a Mr. know it all tinight
I had a 5:00 PM signing and the Mr. had to read every doc and then explain it to his wife, she got a little upset with him after a while. He would say "I've already sent this information in, I don't have to sign this one." He also was a know it all and explained the docs to me. After the signing went on for a while he asked me if I could stamp and fill out my certificates later to speed things up. I told him that I wasn't the one holding things up. The signing went a lot faster after that, but still took 2 hours.

Re: Amen
Thats funny, it must be the 2 hour signing night!!! I had a 5 pm and left close to 7pm. A trust refi, Borrower wanted to make sure numbers were right this time around, and read everything. Oh well, it was worth the time.
