Contact Title to see if they were paid. Let Title know that you havent been paid first. Insured Closing also has a long history of not paying.

Yes, I know. I've read all the blogs. I'm finally getting round to filing my complaint with the Attorney General & OldDebts.com. But, I needed the owners name. I believe it got it. These are non-payments back in October.

Thank You so much! Although the amount due is minimal, its the principal that THEY OWE AND PAY.

I went to their North Ridgeville, Ohio office yesterday to collect for my signing and apparently they do not pay their rent either. The office was empty. The business next door told me that they were behind on rent for three months and finally the owner started clearing the place on to rent to someone else. Next, I am going to head to their Medina, Ohio office. If I have to, I may find out where she lives as my final stop.
