Iowa Loan Closings same as National Loan Closings?

Is Iowa Loan Closings and National loan closings out of Windsor, Iowa the same company? I got the emails and call from Iowa Closings directing me to national loan closings site for docs. One is highly rated on here and the other is not so good. Offered me 2 signings this week now I'm trying to decide what to do

Yes, they are. Lowballers and I find the docs are usually late. Won't work for them again.
