ND always puts you on hold- every time, so now I just wait for them to call me at start and finish... tonite I had a problem with lenders info- both telephone numbers for the signers were disconnected... I called ND twice- on hold first time for 6 minutes before call got dropped and second call was over 10 minutes... I told them about the disconnected numbers and then told them my fee was no longer 60, it's now 75 for wasting my time on hold- they declined and canceled me for the signing... We all need to do this to get their attention... I've probably gotten blacklisted for doing this.
