yes. They want the Escrow docs signed even though the borrower did not want to sign. It was for a condo inLas Vegas. Need I say I never got paid for printing this no sign. The Notary at the laywer's office even talk to that borrower and hed told her what was wrong and that he was not going to sign anything.
