NO PAYMENT: Completed closing Dec 2012, today is Feb 22, 2013 over 60 days. no paymenT. The first call I made to him at about 30 days I was told because of Christmas holidays and vacation that why was late, but would go out Feb 15, 2013..still no payment. Made a call and sent email...no response yet. I will update when I receive a response/payment.

Guess I dogged a bullet, I remember that deal. Mass email to everyone. He and I had a conversation on why fee was $100.00. Said could find notaries all day long for less.
