Just a heads up. Have a signing tomorrow for lender New Penn -- 163 pages. Conventional loan refi. Nothing special about it except for the multitude of paper!

Had a Bank of America refi last night that was only 126 pages.

Wow! About a year or so ago the pages were 117 to approximately 131 pages.

Perhaps it is due to the flurry of California disclosures?
