New record for me.

OK, I regularly get up to 14 copies of the RTC to sign from 1 Loan company, but 8 copies of the RTC?
Can anybody beat that?

Re: check your message numbers again. Questions....

chase sends 10-14 regularly. from the first time, i have had each borrower sign one, unless both are on the same form. i then give two to each borrower. The remainder, no matter how many get shredded before i leave the house. after a few hundred instances, no one has questioned my aprroach.

I'm going to try that. I feel stupid having them sign 10-14 RTC's.

I have called on those 10 to 20 RTCs and it's a mistake, but

I have so many companies that want two originals that I always send back two originals, leave borrowers theirs the rest do not get signed. TIL I actually had instructions the other day that in CAPS "EACH MUST SIGN 3 THIS IS NOT A MISTAKE" Mine is not to wonder whySmile

No, of course not.

"OK, I regularly get up to 14 copies of the RTC to sign from 1 Loan company, but 8 copies of the RTC?"

You get 14 RTC, but 8 RTC? Sorry - am not making sense of this. Should it have been 8, then 14?

NO!! I went through this last year. You cannot have two, they have to be converted to one and they dont like to do that, its a pain in the A$$. I was told this last year from NR and it became an issue. I wouldnt do it, just me two cents!!!

1.) they think you are price shopping to get it cheaper than full price...you will catch Hell 2.) insurance companies prohibit it from what i understand.
