Not our job to fill out blank real estate

excise tax or trust forms - may even be UPL. When possible I email them ahead to the BO so as not to spend too much time on them at the signing. Those are title/escrow docs and require a lot more time than just notarizing the signatures. I will not take it on for free. What about you?

I don't fill out nutten but my certs. Answers to the trust form are on the dot or the QC deed for the BO's to fill out.

In CA your are forbidden to fill in those or any forms other than certifications or notarization.

I ell the borrower to take the form and email it to their accountant to complete since the borrowers or often clueless about what to do with the darn thing.
