Notary Express LLC Harry Couyoumjian and Transfer Title

Anyone worked for either one of these companies lately??? Transfer title does not come up in SC and Notary Express has 1 bad since 7-2012?? Thanks

We did two signings for Notary Express in Texas. On one the check bounced. They talked us into doing another one for them. The owner, Frank, called us personally and told us we would receive both checks that week.. We fell for it and have not received payment in three months for either signing. Now they are not answering our calls.
