Only one borrower to sign

loan docs I was told. During the signing the borrower mentions his wife as he is filling out the Statement of Identity form, but the loan is in the name of the Trust with only his name as the Trustee which was established before his marriage. His wife is out of town and none of the docs have her name on them. In this scenario are ther any docs which do require the wife's signature?

Define what you are hoping to accomplish.

Not all searches are appropriate for all things.

My response was meant for another post.

If title told you it was only one borrower and her name is not on any documents then don't worry about it. If there is a documents with her name printed on it, call title and alert them that she is not present.
