Print fees...packages seem to be really large lately
Is anyone experiencing this? It seems that the packages are coming over with 140+ pages instead of the usual 120pgs or less.
Anyone change their pricing for e-docs and if so, how has it been received?

BOA I did the other day was 167 pages and it was about 100 pages of general instructions, master closing instructions, escrow instructions, doc examples, notary instructions, insurance and pay off stuff.
Pennymac is about 180 pages.
yes for those type of lenders I do charge more.

I plan for 150 pp...I charge more for any extra, along with 10+ pp faxbacks and other hand-holding.

I had 5 on Friday and each was increasing in size 110, 160, 160, 178, and 185. One package was a notary seal on almost every page. SS never say how large the packages are when you accept the assignment but I will start asking for a higher fee. I used up two reams of legal paper in 30 minutes.

I add $15 for anything over 140 pgs. It's my policy, and
most cos. don't hassle me about it. IMO I can't be the one to absorb extra costs for these lg. pkgs.

Is that $15 on the first and second sets?
